Business Systems Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team at the Adecco Group Head Office. The role will be analysing current IT systems across the 14 brands which comprise the group. You will report directly into the Manager of Business Analysis and assist in the identification of technology implications for business needs and research new solutions.

Your approach will be consultative, providing recommendations and modifications to existing systems and processes. You will be both creative and analytical and have the ability to manage a number of activities concurrently and to drive them to completion. Working in association with application specialists, technical architects and project managers, you will provide support to projects by developing functional specifications in conjunction with business users and suppliers. You will deliver solutions through providing detailed requirements, liaising with suppliers during the build phase, testing solutions and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Ideally, you will have experience and knowledge of a wide range of industries (the recruitment industry would be a bonus), along with the ability to build relationships across the business with both technical and non-technical departments. Knowledge of ITIL would be advantageous to your application.
