Recruitment Consultant

3D Personnel have been operating since 2007 recruiting personnel to the Construction market.

Due to our continued success we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who has the ability to build upon the work which has been secured as well as bring new business. We are looking for a candidate with enthusiasm and initiative. 3D Personnel are looking for an energetic individual with a determination to succeed in this competitive environment.

You will be trained in all aspects of the recruitment process, from interviewing, reference checking, Payroll and delivering a quality service to clients all of the time.

We want all staff to understand the importance off getting the correct candidate onto the job first time. You will also be ensuring all timesheets are received on time on a weekly basis. You will also be filling vacancies that our clients have requested on a daily basis, Data inputting, interviewing at open days, delivering labour to sites in the mornings and making sure all the registration & payroll forms are completed daily.

This is a very fast paced job and we need someone who is capable of handling a position in a pressurised environment.
