The position for HR Administrator in Bury St. Edmunds is no longer available
Our client is looking for an HR Administrator to join the HR Team at this large manufacturer based in the Suffolk countryside.
You will either have experience of working as an Administrator within an HR Department, be working towards or have gained your CPP, or be working towards your CIPD qualifications.
You will be a confident communicator, be keen to learn and take on new responsibilities and be an efficient and well organised worker. You will also be flexible and be able to change your hours on the odd occasion when it may be necessary to do so. This is a company that thoroughly supports progression and promotes from within.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Dealing with recruitment paperwork.
- Arranging Interviews
- Participating in first stage Interviews.
- Disciplinary/grievance Investigations.
- Return to work Interviews.
- Filing/Maintenance of staff records.
- Any ad hoc tasks/enquiries as required by the HR Team.
The role is based at a location outside of Bury St. Edmunds, own transport will be required as public transport does not reach this site.
Working hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Salary is £17k.
