The position for Recruitment Co-ordinator/Resourcer in Birmingham is no longer available

Working as part of small team you will be responsible for working alongside the account managers and directors and supporting them with day to day administration & resourcing tasks such as;
* Calling and interviewing candidates
* Short-listing CV's ready to be passed to Account Managers
* Loading new candidates on to the system and taking references where applicable
* Posting job adverts on the web to attract the right candidates
* Filtering calls and dealing with any queries
This role would suit someone that has either recruitment administration experience or worked with a Recruitment or Sales administration position due to the fast paced environment.
Candidates will demonstrate the drive and passionate to succeed with a view to becoming and account manager themselves.
