My clients are an exclusive recruitment consultancy specialising in search and selection. They provide recruitment solutions to senior associates, technical directors, mass transit managers, senior infrastructure engineers and other specialist titles into positions within mining, oil and gas, renewable energy, legal, environment, transport, financial and engineering throughout the UK and internationally. As an Executive Consultant you will have experience in recruitment, research or sales. You will be a people person, a keen communicator and will be fine tuned to the requirements of your clients. Good sector knowledge is essential to enable you to provide the most informed service to your clients and candidates and you will be eager to bring on new business and will be capable and fluent within a 360 role.

Excellent time management is crucial and you will be confident in organising your workload and switching from one task to the next. You must be a team player who is able to build strong relationships and who can envision the bigger picture. My clients are looking for an individual with the will to stay with the company for the long term. An outgoing individual, with drive and ambition would do well in this role; there are exciting opportunities for the most applied candidates.
