My clients are a well established and successful recruitment consultancy based in Manchester and specialising in legal recruitment. Founded in 2002 by highly experienced legal recruitment consultants and internal recruiters they provide paralegals, legal executives, solicitors and partners to law establishments throughout the UK. They are experts in legal recruitment and can be relied upon to deliver solutions for all aspects of legal recruitment including legal support staff, and other non fee earning personnel such as secretarial, IT and finance. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in legal recruitment. You will be working on an established and hot desk and as such it is essential that you are able to hit the ground running. You will possess excellent sector knowledge and will be a confident communicator who is able to advise clients and candidates. As a recruitment consultant within this field, you will be dealing with highly qualified and salaried clients and candidates; it is crucial that you are professional at all times and are not easily intimidated by people of high standing. You will have strong organisational skills and will be a self motivated and outgoing individual. Able to work autonomously, you will enjoy participating in a fast paced environment and will relish a challenge. Although this is a hot desk, you will be required to further develop the business and build contacts to allow the business to continue to grow. A professional and eloquent individual with energy and high aspirations would be a welcome applicant.
