My clients are a cutting edge recruitment consultancy specialising in IT human resources. They are at the top of their game and have over 11years experience of IT recruitment. Being a long established company has allowed them to witness many changes within IT recruitment and they have moved effortlessly with the times to provide a service that is personalised and unchallengeable. They believe that the supply of IT human resource is critical in the modern world where almost everything is computerised and all business relies on IT to function. Placing a wide range of skilled IT professionals from QA Engineers to Technical Heads and MS Project Directors into contract and permanent positions, they have grown immensely over the last few years and wish to increase the team by a further 10 percent.

They are currently recruiting for an IT Recruitment Consultant to join the team. You will be an experienced consultant and my clients would be particularly interested in applications from IT consultants who have covered a niche area, but you must be a strong biller. You will be responsible for building the brand and as such will be a keen business developer with the key attributes needed to push the company name into previously unchartered areas. This is a 360 role and you will capable of all aspects of the recruitment cycle. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be an excellent communicator and will be able to interpret information precisely and use accordingly to offer the best possible service. You must be able to communicate with integrity and confidence at all times and you knowledge of your sector will ensure that clients and candidates return for your advice time and again. You will have an over developed appetite for making money and a hard working attitude that will inevitably result in success.

The successful candidate will receive a good salary and commission structure in addition to team incentives on a quarterly and annual basis.
