Recruitment Consultant - Construction

My clients are leading supplier of temporary construction personnel. Servicing a national client base they can provide a single workman for one day’s labour or a whole team for a construction project from start to finish. Supplying construction plant hire, civil and plant operators, management and administrators, mechanical and electrical and trades and labour personnel on a temporary, interim and permanent basis to suit requirements. They boast a team of consultants who possess strong sector knowledge of their chosen markets of constructional recruitment, able to advise at every stage of the project and work as an intermediary between management and labourers. To aid in their ability to work efficiently, they have an extensive database of skilled and semi skilled candidates, all with the relevant checks and available to work throughout the country. They provide a service that is hard to match and that keeps clients and candidates returning time and again.

As a result of these good practices they are now recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join their exciting team. You will be commanding a warm permanent desk placing civil engineers, project engineers, construction managers and workers, site engineers and the like, into positions throughout the UK. You must have industry experience and be a proven and consistent biller with a good knowledge of this sector. You will be target driven and will thrive on the challenge of excelling expectations. This will be a full 360 role and you will be expected to develop the business through cold calling and networking so you must be a proficient communicator with a real passion for recruitment. You must be an honest and hard working person with an outgoing personality that ensures return business. You will be a motivated and focused individual with excellent personal management skills and will be capable of prioritising workloads. You will be happy to work within the company’s policies and will endeavour to provide a high level of service to existing and new clients and candidates.
