My high profile client is looking for an experienced Senior PA, who has demonstrable experience of working within HR.
Primarily the role will be supporting, to busy senior Directors, which will include:
* Diary Management
* Taking minutes
* Typing minutes
* Email management
* Organisation of travel
* Meeting arrangements
* Production of presentations
* First point of contact for telephone calls
The role will also encompass the recruitment for the company, therefore, your previous HR experience will be utilised with:
* Recruitment of staff
* Management of agencies
* Offer letters
Plus much more.....
You must be able to start by 6 May and be available on an on-going basis. In the long term, this role will be relocating to Surrey, so if you were able to transfer with them, this would advantageous.
