HR DIRECTOR - (HEAD OF UK AND EUROPE - FULL RESPONSIBILITY)

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
-A strong business head - have full understanding at senior/board level of different departments/strategies and goals.
-You must be able to add value and recommend ideas and be involved in key business decisions across the business.

IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
-Experience working in a driven, fast paced working environment, where there has been considerable growth and change and where you can demonstrate your individual contribution
-Previously worked at Hd of HR or HR Director level in an organisation that expects individuals to be hands on, individually responsible at all levels, where you can show a strong relationship with shop-floor staff, middle management and where you can demonstrate strong and credible working relationships with directors from all areas of the business.
-The ability to work with very different characters at senior level but have the ability to smooth over, give advice and stop any potential conflicts within the business.
-Must be able to show that you have worked closely (been the right hand advisor from time to time) with a GM, MD or owner of a business and where your decisions have contributed to major successes in the organisation
-This is an outstanding role for someone to work at a highly successful and well known organisation and have full responsibility for the UK and Europe.

-This role is supported by a strong HR team and will require the successful candidate to lead, empower and develop further.
-The role reports into a dynamic General Manager and will involve building a close relationship with the GM and senior team and having full understanding of the business and being able to make considerable contributions to enable the right decisions to be made for the business.
-The ideal candidate will in their own right need to be a credible and respected operationally minded business person within the organisation at every level.
