HR Business Partner
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this global company. As an HR Business Partner your responsibilities will be to provide a proactive and pragmatic HR service which contributes to the development of and the accomplishment of the business plan and objectives.
*To ensure that the all core HR processes are effectively followed with the Manager(s) you partner with
*To understand the business philosophy, strategy and plans and to ensure that the people strategy is fully aligned with these
*To provide a first class service to your manager(s) by providing proactive and pragmatic advice as and when needed
*To attend and partake in relevant management meetings, business updates and conferences
*To build effective relationships with all employees to ensure HR is integral to any strategy plans within the plant
*To demonstrate an awareness of your plants performance months and year to date.
*Significant impact as to the design of work positions; hiring; reward, recognition and strategic pay; performance development and appraisal systems; career and succession planning; and employee development
*Determine measures that will assist the delivery of business success
This role has a project bias, you will be process driven, used to dealing with:
*HR Information Systems
*Disciplinaries / grievances
