We are rapidly expanding our network and have vacancies for new start ups in the West Yorkshire area. We are looking for a recruitment manager who is experienced at the 360 of recruitment but who prefers to be out winning new business and driving revenues.

The ideal person for this role will be an assertive self starter with a competitive edge who drives for results. You will need to be an effective networker and have excellent communication skills. You will be great at motivating your team and getting the very best out of them. As an out and out sales person, we don't expect you to be a details person as well, but we do expect that you will set high compliance standards and that you ensure that staff adhere to them.
