Employment Team Leader (Reading and Oxford)
The number of 16-24 year olds looking for work remains over 1 million, or 21.9% of the workforce; never has it been a more challenging time for students to find work and establish their career path. Further Education Colleges are recognising the importance of equipping their students with the necessary skills to find employment, but many are also recognising that their knowledge of what it means to look for work in the local labour market is often out dated and not their area of proficiency. Increasingly therefore, Colleges are considering buying in expertise to ensure they are prepared to meet the Government’s expectations as well as improving the prospects of their students.
Recognising the complimentary expertise that recruitment experts Reed and awarding body NCFE could offer FE Colleges to support student career aims, The REED NCFE Partnership has been established to offer a flexible solution for colleges looking to support their students from learning into work. We have the skills and expertise to equip students for the labour market, helping them to secure a job and tracking their progress after leaving college.
Reed-NCFE are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader/Manager to join one of the Leading Further Education Providers in Reading and Oxford. You will be based from either location but willing to travel to both locations.
