Many people are attracted to the independence and satisfaction of running their own business, but are understandably reluctant to ‘go it alone". As an Associate you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. You are part of a local team within a global network of over 121,000 Associates in 65 countries. The local office is franchise-owned and the Associates work on a self-employed basis within the team.

How does it work?
The average fee on selling a property is 1.75%. A property sold for £250,000 generates a fee of £4375. The Associate retains 50% of this commission. This percentage can be increased once the business level has grown and can be maintained. There are annual and monthly fees payable for registration, insurance and marketing amounting to approx £3000 pa plus training fees of approx £700 for a 6 day course (if required)
Selling just two average properties a month could net c£50,000 pa with possible further income generated by commission from solicitors and IFA advisors.
