Description Our client a large registered social landlord based in Cambridgeshire urgently require the assistance of an experienced Housing Officer to provide cover within one of their busy offices. The role will involve:

Provision of general housing services to a patch of around 400 properties;
Arrange and conduct accompanied viewings, sign ups and deal with changes to tenancies;
Inspect void properties to ensure property is repaired and can be re let in agreed timescales;
Investigate claims of ASB, mediate between parties, and resolve neighbourhood disputes;
Gather evidence by interviewing perpetrators and witnesses;
Monitor and recover rent arrears, provide advice on budgeting and welfare benefits;

To apply for this post you must have at least 6 months experience in a Housing Officer capacity and have access to your own transport.
