Facilities and Estates Manager
The position will involve assisting with the successful, effective and profitable delivery of all hard and soft facilities services to a Northwest hospital facility.
The key focus will be on providing a pro-active approach to providing high quality facilities support across a number of sites.
Key support areas will include building maintenance, M&E, cleaning, catering, security and grounds management.
The role requires an experienced and knowledgeable Estates and Facilities Manager, with experience of delivering FM services to new PFI facilities, estates service delivery and management of specialist sub contractors, with key expertise in HSE, QA, people management, financial control and compliance.
Membership of the BIFM and IOSH or NEBOSH qualified would be preferable.
The successful candidate will be currently employed as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Facilities Manager, Estates manager or Building Manager.
