We are looking to recruit a M&E Maintenance Manager to oversee the delivery of Planned & Reactive maintenance for a regional team of engineers.
The role will be to take ownership of Maintenance and any projects. This will involve many different contracts and a high level of customer facing management.
Therefore the Maintenance Manager role will be instrumental in leading and motivating all staff and contribute towards the strategy, values, aims and objectives of the Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively promote the M&E contracts are delivered to time and budget.
* To ensure, at all times, the interests/risks are represented professionally.
* Development and implementation of any project work agreed with other Directors and play an active role as a senior member of the team.
* Development of Strategy and assurance that staff understands ownership of tasks as delegated.
* Development and implementation of business plans and budgets.
* Development of organisational arrangements, systems and processes to enable efficient, effective deployment of resources.
* Monitor and control costs of suppliers and any sub-contracted labour utilised.
* Setting, developing and delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
* Implementation of company policy and procedures throughout the Contracts.
* Ensure compliance to, statutory, Quality and other standards and rules laid out in the Q.A. Procedures and other H&S Company Policies.
* Provide leadership and direction for the teams, supervise and support individuals to ensure they meet objectives.
* Accountable for Staff development and succession planning, salary reviews, staff appointments and disciplinary/capability actions with input from the HR team.
* Develop and motivate the teams fostering a high level of co-operation with all employees.
* Working with directors and senior managers to achieve significant growth and delivery of services.
* Develop and sustain relationships with key customers ensuring the highest quality Management and contract retention/enhancements are delivered.
* Development and delivery of robust internal and external performance reports, accurate financial and KPI performance reports.
We are looking for a Maintenance or Contracts Manager with a minimum of 5yrs experience of delivering maintenance contracts. With an understanding and ability, to communicate at all levels.
