Description Our client operate are a reputable provider of Facilities Services who operate throughout various retail, commercial, and public sector markets including hospitals and prisons. They offer a variety of extensive services including the full range of hard and soft FM services and manage both in-house and outsourced contracts.
Due to the award of a new service contract they are seeking to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager based on a single Commercial Site in the North West. Your role will involve the management of full service provisions across the site, including cleaning, reception, security, front of house, and maintenance engineers.
You role will involve monitoring the performance of the services against service level agreements and kpi's.
Promote the relationship with the customer
