This company is involved in the facilities management of many blue chip organisations, and they�re looking for someone to manage the ones in the North West. You will be ensuring that everything runs smoothly within the buildings, organising adequate contractor cover, liaising with the clients and resolving any issues that may arise. Ideally, you will currently be dealing with contracts within a facilities management company and be looking for the next step in your career. It would also be advantageous for you to have a good knowledge of heating and ventilation (HVAC) systems.
