Description		Role: Cleaning Services Manager Location: North West, West Yorkshire, East Yorkshire (Home Based) Salary: 35k salary plus 10% bonus opportunity after qualifying period, �5800 car allowance or company car, excellent pension, private medical Insurance etc An outstanding Cleaning Management opportunity has arisen within one of the fastest growing Facilities Management Companies in the UK, enjoying year on year growth with Asda Wallmart, one of the worlds biggest retailing organisations. My client now employs over 10,000 people across the UK and Northern Ireland. To build on this growth we are now embarking on a high profile recruitment exercise for our client across multi-sites. The role is for a Cleaning Services Manager within an established cleaning team. The successful candidate will be charged with the project development and delivery of cleaning initiatives within the business to ensure our client and our colleagues gain maximum benefit. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Flexibility - Will involve occasion nights away from home Presentation - Will be required to carry out presentations to Asda colleagues Able to manage time and project objectives to meet important project deadlines Analysis of data in order to form conclusions and devise actions Drive - Strive to ensure that changes are delivered at the front end of the business Working with others - Be able to influence others with ideas, and listen to others feedback Be able to bring new ideas into the business. The role is a senior role within the organisation and is pivotal to the successful delivery of the business and cleaning services agenda. The role reports direct to the Head Of Cleaning Your cleaning management/services background may have been gained in a number of industry sectors or any multi-site operation. You will be a strong cleaning professional able to work stand alone and as part of a wider team with a high level of Operational/Project Management experience.
