Description		Job Title: Commercial and Residential Property Owners Insurance Broker Reports to: Department Manager Main Job Purpose: a) to maintain and develop the property account thereby ensuring that you contribute to the achievement of your Departments financial and service targets b) To ensure that all actions comply with FSA regulations Key Duties & Responsibilities: � Maintain and develop existing Client relationships ensuring that the premium income contributes to the achievement of the Departments financial targets � Acquire new Client relationships by recommendations and revisiting lost business / quotes in order to contribute to the achievement of the Departments financial targets � Develop and maintain professional relationships with Insure partners � Ensure that all documentation issued and actions taken fall within the company�s service standards and FSA regulations � Ensure that all Company procedures are followed and any areas of concern are notified to the Department Manager � Ensure that you work within your agreed Broker License Authority Levels and agreement obtained for anything outside your current authority Skills & Knowledge Required: � Relevant and appropriate understanding of General Insurance/ Lloyds Markets and FSA regulations � Ability to demonstrate a good basic knowledge of commercial property and residential property Insurance Products and / or the willingness to learn as necessary � Relevant and appropriate telephone manner and the ability to communicate clearly and precisely � A good level of English and Mathematical skills � Ability to meet deadlines, keep promises and prioritise own workload � Ability to work within a Team environment and to assist Team members where required � Relevant and appropriate IT skills
