Description		Key Duties & Responsibilities: � Maintain and develop existing Client relationships ensuring that the premium income contributes to the achievement of the Departments financial targets � Acquire new Client relationships by recommendations and revisiting lost business / quotes in order to contribute to the achievement of the Departments financial targets � Develop and maintain professional relationships with Insure partners � Ensure that all documentation issued and actions taken fall within the company�s service standards and FSA regulations � Ensure that all Company procedures are followed and any areas of concern are notified to the Department Manager � Ensure that you work within your agreed Broker License Authority Levels and agreement obtained for anything outside your current authority Skills & Knowledge Required: � Relevant and appropriate understanding of General Insurance/ Lloyds Markets and FSA regulations � Ability to demonstrate a good basic knowledge of commercial property and residential property Insurance Products and / or the willingness to learn as necessary � Relevant and appropriate telephone manner and the ability to communicate clearly and precisely � A good level of English and Mathematical skills � Ability to meet deadlines, keep promises and prioritise own workload � Ability to work within a Team environment and to assist Team members where required � Relevant and appropriate IT skills
