Description		Martin & Co are looking for a well organised, dynamic and pro-active individual to join their already successful team as a Property Manager. You will be a good communicator and be able to effectively manage a large portfolio of managed properties. Along with having experience as a Property Manager, you will need to be competent in IT, work well within a busy team, have an excellent telephone manner and have your own car. Knowledge of property management software, such as CFP is highly advantageous. You will be required to: � Prioritise workload � Perform management visits � Deal with general maintenance issues � Organise the check in / check out procedure � Notify utility companies of change of occupants � Demonstrate high standards of professionalism � Deal with complaints from landlords and tenants � Keep the property management system updated � Liaise with front of office staff to ensure smooth move in / move out process � Negotiate with contractors for works to be carried out and liaise with landlords � Manage the property diary system to ensure all reminders are completed on time Martin & Co offer competitive salary packages, thorough induction & on-going training, development and progression.
