Description		Well known Service Provider is looking for and Area Contracts Manager with "hard" services/Mechanical& Electrical background for a maintenance contract that is covering the West Midlands area. The successful candidate will have full profit and loss responsibility for approximately �3m budget. You will have direct reports who in turn manage approximately 40 engineering staff and run all the engineering aspects of this Government contract.
