Description

Well established lettings office requires a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys a varied role and builds strong relationships between tenants and landlords. They can offer a stable, secure job, career development in a target driven environment.

Duties will include:
•Tenant and landlord liaison
•Handling a wide range of enquiries
•Conducting visits to properties and carrying out inspection visits at the end of the tenancy
•Handling the associated administration and keeping accurate records
•Liaising with maintenance contractors to organise repairs to properties
•Collecting rents and banking cheques
•Putting inventories together
•Handling any complaints and lots of telephone work
•Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation etc

Some previous lettings experience is essential. You will have strong communication skills and enjoy dealing with members of the public. The ability to multi-task and handle a busy workload is essential. Strong IT skills are also imperative. You must have a full, clean driving licence.

Salary: Negotiable + Commission + company car. The company may also offer a bonus scheme based on company performance and your own individual performance in the role.
