Lettings Negotiator – Bagshot - £14,000 + ote

Due to the continuing buoyancy of the lettings market, our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their thriving team.

The Role

• Arrange and carry out viewings
• Daily and weekly feedback to landlords
• Ring round prospective tenants and keep database up to date
• Photos and Floor plans
• Valuations (or willing to be trained to carry out valuations)


Skills Required

• Sales and negotiation skills
• Able to use own initiative
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Admin Background essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Diary Management skills
• Computer literacy imperative, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, in house system and general administration
• Ideally proven sales track record and property background preferred

Other Requirements

Must be well presented
Must have full UK drivers license
Must be over 21 (for car insurance purposes)
