An highly Motivated Lettings Manager is required to open a new lettings office within an Established and successful Estate Agency branch in Liskeard. This is a position that will ideally suit a person who is strong at listing properties, can establish positive relationships to build business and is motivated to work on their own initiative. Ideal candidates will be target driven, have a will to succeed, exceptional market appraisal skills and exemplary time management. There will be NO property management and little administration. This is a role to drive instructions by networking, canvassing and marketing and motivating negotiators to let property.
The position may suit an exceptional lister who is looking for a new challenge. Exceptional Senior Negotiators will be considered.
