General Maintenance Assistant - Umberleigh

My client has a wonderful hotel set in the rolling valley of Mid Devon with wonderful far reaching views across Exmoor.
They are currently looking for General Maintenance Assistant to join their team.

The successful Maintenance Assistant will have excellent DIY skills. You will need experience of Sealing, Woodwork, Tiling as well as having Boiler, Central Heating and Electrical knowledge. The position will report to the Maintenance Manager so will need to be able to take instruction.

The candidate will also need to be flexible as the duties will be varied and will consist of looking after the bins, Clearing guttering, Painting, general cleaning.

The working week will be 5-6 days per week over 40 hours and you will need to be on call 2 evening per week.
