My client is looking for a property manager to look after a portfolio of properties to ensure a high level of services to both tenants and landlords for this prestigious independent estate agents based in the heart of Oxford.

Duties:
Prepare properties for letting
Organise inventories and conduct check ins
Ensure legislation and health and safety is adhered to
Conduct site inspections and develop good relationships with contractors

Skills:
Experience in dealing with customers both face to face and on the telephone
Experience in property sector
Excellent organisational skills and an ability to demonstrate initiative and self motivation
