Salary Scale - SO1/SO2 (£24,646 - £28,636)

As a Property Surveyor working within the Stock Investment team you will be required to undertake a range of duties.

Successful applicants will have experience of surveying domestic properties (Building Fabric and Services) and be able to carry out Property and Stock Condition surveys, Fire Risk Assessments, Housing Health & Safety Rating surveys, Asbestos Condition surveys and Energy Assessment surveys.

Property Surveyors will also be required to prepare specifications, repair schedules and carry out site management duties to ensure programmed works are delivered to the required performance and quality standards.

Applicants should be PC literate and have the ability to use spreadsheets and other I.T software, including PDA’s, and to ensure compliance in relation to Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity, Customer Satisfaction and Environmental Sustainability.
