Lettings Negotiator

An established and reputable Estate Agency are recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team in Launceston, Cornwall.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop already in place Lettings experience and join a team with a wealth of knowledge and an in house training scheme that is second to none or for someone who has a natural sales capability with outstanding communication skills.

You will be highly motivated and an organized individual who is keen to bring in new business, as well as supporting existing clients.

Experience Required:

Previous Lettings experience preferrable

ARLA qualification is preferred however training will be given

Duties include:

Taking on new properties and landlords

Property inspections

Viewing of Properties

All administration as legally required
