Facilities Manager (Mobile with home base)
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional Facilities Manager to work for a well-respected Company. We are looking for a candidate to manage the daily operations of the Asset Management Department. The successful candidate will have come from a Commercial Property background and will be mobile to travel throughout the Thames Valley and West London.
Responsibilities will include reviewing building surveys, purchase reports, service charges, overseeing budgets and tenancy agreements. You will be managing the achievement of SLA's and KPI's for each property, managing contractors on site and overseeing waste and energy management. Other areaswill include liaising with occupiers in regards to contractual issues, preparing cash flow proposals and also Health and Safety Management.
The successful candidate:
Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of RICS and other legal and compliance requirements.
Must have a proven track record of delivering FM services and managing budgets.
Must have a current and full UK driving licence.
Qualification required:
IOSH or NEBOSH
