Lettings Negotiator

An experienced Lettings Negotiator is required in Hexham ideally with previous sales experience also. You will join a well known estate agency that provides mid to high level properties across the Hexham and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of lettings and some sales negotiation. You will carry out all expected duties such as viewings, negotiations, arranging viewings and valuing appointments, generating referrals for mortgage advisors as well as general admin involved within this kind of role.

Previous experience within estate agency is requried and salary is negotiable depending on experience. This is a full time position.
