Lettings Negotiator

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join a successful Lettings Team based in Derby.

The position will involve:

* Performing property Reviews
* Negotiating Deals
* Working to weekly and monthly sales targets
* Maximising on sales opportunities for viewing, lets and market appraisals
* Providing excellent Customer Service to Landlords and Tenants

The ideal Candidate will:

* Have experience within the lettings market, student lets would be advantageous
* Worked within a target driven sales environment
* Be Dynamic and Proactive
* Have good Administration and IT skills
* A car owner is essential
