Description Support Analyst - Hardware Support – Global Mobile Telecoms – South West

A Global Mobile Telecoms Company is looking for a Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers a competitive basic salary and excellent benefits. This role will be based in the South West but will include occasional travel to other sites.

You will contribute to the day to day technical activities of the team to ensure they are conducted effectively to deliver an efficient service that meets, OLA's, SLA's and business requirements.
To be considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate the following; Excellent understanding Oracle Databases including RAC environments, Good understanding of UNIX (preferably AIX), Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
It would be great if you could also display; Good Understanding of San Storage, Networking skills, Good Understanding of HP-UX.
