Description		Role: Application Support Engineer Location: North West Salary: Competitive, will be discussed upon application Benefits: Bonus (up to 15%), Pension, Healthcare About the role� You will be responsible for monitoring and maximising system availability and efficiency of multimedia portals and services, providing support, maintenance, and system administration. You will be expected to ensure all issues are managed to resolution and within agreed SLA's. You will be participating in a support rota (1st & 2nd line), providing essential out of hours shift cover.
