Description		External Account Manager � Field Sales � Dealer/.Reseller Channel Channel experience is essential in Telecoms, UK gained in a client facing role. Our client carrier and a leading supplier of total telecom solutions incorporating data, voice, VOIP, ISP services, Broadband, ADSL, PSTN and Cisco dedicated solutions. Description of Role and Responsibilities Responsible for actioning, planning and managing the activities as necessary to ensure renewals and sales targets are achieved, customer satisfaction is obtained, and that all sales objectives incorporated in company plans are achieved. To renew existing services, gain qualified leads and new sales opportunities by pro-actively contacting existing customers and prospective customers and for handling all the internal day-to-day activities required in managing designated customer accounts. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities 1.Develop business through increasing contacts with existing and prospective accounts to achieve sales targets as set by the company within your target area. 2.Create detail account development plans with Channel Partners via regular account reviews. 3.Recruit and train new Channel Partners and Agents. 4.Conduct face to face meetings with Channel Partners and their customers when required Prima Services Group Ltd is acting as en employment agency for our client.
