Description Support Engineer – IP Technologies - Mobile Telecoms – West – Permanent

A Mobile Telecoms company based in the West of England is looking for a Support Engineer to join its team on a Permanent basis. This position offers excellent salary and benefits package which will be discussed on application.

As Support Engineer within the IP Technologies technical support team you will provide technical knowledge on specified systems and technologies.

Your daily responsibilities will include fault investigation and resolution, you'll provide operational acceptance requirements to ensure successful project delivery and to help manage 3rd line support and vendor activities.

You will have knowledge of IP Networks, Cisco knowledge and Knowledge of data transmission protocols. Knowledge of GPRS network support and UNIX skills would be advantageous.
