Description		Role: Service Supervision Technician Location: South West Salary: Dependant on skills, will be discussed upon application Benefits: Pension, Medical Insurance, up to 15% Bonus About the role� You will be responsible for monitoring services provided by a leading mobile telecoms operator, on a 24/7 shift basis. You will complete tests on the service to validate customer impact, identifying and raising issues, and assisting in management of escalations from contact centres where necessary. You will also be involved with reviewing requests for change which could potentially affect key services.
