Description 24/7 Security Engineer – Mobile Telecoms – South West

A Mobile Telecoms company based in the South west are currently looking for a Security Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

As part of a new team you will be expected to help establish the team, define new processes as well as transitioning existing processes from other areas. You'll be responsible for tasks such as Security change Approvals, Security Monitoring & Analysis, reporting of Security Events and Security Incident Management.

You will have a strong awareness of security requirements in a corporate environment. You will have a proven ability to understand new technologies, evaluate potential risks and propose effective solutions. Knowledge of telecom infrastructures would be advantageous.
