Description		Our client offers practical solutions to telecom operator networks. They are currently looking for a Technical Instructor and Training Developer for their Integrated Applications Solution (IAS Solutions). Job Description: � Responsible for developing, presenting, and maintaining technical training activities for the company�s new and existing products. � Will use accepted instructional system design processes, state-of-the-art desktop publishing equipment, and product information for development of classroom and laboratory based training strategies and course materials. � Will design, develop and present training for the company�s IAS solutions at the company's and customer facilities. � Must be able to facilitate effective communication between product developers, project teams, customers, and customer service groups for a seamless transfer of knowledge � including cross-training of other instructors. � Will possess excellent organizational and planning skills that will enable execution of all job duties while requiring little or no supervision. � Other duties as assigned. � Travel is required. Summary of Qualifications required: � BS or equivalent in engineering � 3 - 5 years experience in classroom technical training in the telecom industry. � Experience related to telecom SS7 and/or IP protocol applications is preferred. � A working knowledge of IP networking, UNIX and/or LINUX based software is also required. � Must possess strong oral, written and computing communication skills. � Also requires the ability to work with others, the ability to communicate, and the ability to foster teamwork.
