Description		Outline Job Specification � Generate new Fixed line business from Companies and Organisations in the South Wales area through networking, progressing telemarketing leads, prospecting and all other relevant sales generation methods. To include development of our existing mobile customer base. � Adoption of other new products such as Digital pen, Tracking solutions etc, and sell these products to new and existing customers, as the �Product Champion�. Required Knowledge � Fixed Line Communications Products including � BT Wholesale Product Range � Non Geographic Numbers � ADSL / SDSL � Internet Connectivity including Leased Lines � Total Communications and Unified Communications � PBX Maintenance and Support � VoIP products and Solutions Main Product Lines � Voice solutions including ISDN, IP, Hosted VOIP and PBX�s � IP Connectivity solutions including ADSL, SDSL, Leased Line circuits, PWAN and MPLS, routers and firewalls � Digital Pens � Tracking solutions � Other New products Responsibilities � Sales Targets � New Line Connections � Profit � New Product Sales � New Product adoption and training � New Product training � Product Champion role � Producing Sales Documents � Quotations � PowerPoint Presentations � Analysing Data � Rental and Call Records � Managing Sales Order Processes � Credit Checking � Provider Authorisation � Connections � Transfer Dates � Maintaining Records � Prospects � Tele-Marketing Leads � Customer Database � Marketing � Producing Marketing Plans � Organising Exhibitions & Events Working Hours � Monday to Friday 38.75 hours per week. � Office open 08:00am to 18:00pm Holidays � 20 Days plus bank holidays � Company Vehicle, Laptop, Blackberry � Package �20k - �25K basic, OTE 40K unlimited
