Candidate Skills /Qualifications
Applicant will be a skilled PBX engineer specialising in Siemens Hi Path and Nortel BCM systems.
Have some knowledge and experience of:
? VOIP solutions
? Nortel BCM50 and Siemens HiPath
? Call logging
? Call recording
? CTI products
? Be a quick learner who demonstrates initiative and good judgement
? Must be fully computer literate with a good working knowledge of windows including Outlook, Word & Excel and ACT or similar database package
? Confident, professional manner and experience of dealing directly with both customers and suppliers.

Duties will include:
? Installing and maintaining telephone systems both on-site and remotely
? Running the engineering help desk
? Logging customer queries
? Scheduling work and tracking progress
? Taking customer orders and liaising with suppliers and other engineers where necessary
? Maintaining customer database and other duties as required.

Applicants must be qualified Siemens and Nortel engineers. If trained on other manufacturers this will be considered.
