An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with one of the UK's leading finance companies based in central Leeds. My client is looking the next generation of Collections Negotiator due to an recent expansion to start as soon as possible within the next 2-3 weeks.

Speed is off the essence as interviews are being held now!

Main Duties Include:

You will handling both inbound and outbound calls in a vibrant call centre environment where your strong communication skills will be put into good use talking with customers to successfully negotiate payment plans and help them on the road to fiscal recovery.

Experience Required:

No previous experience of collections is necessary as full training will be given but you do need to be able to demonstrate being able to hit targets in either a call centre or sales capacity in your recent work history.

There are numerous benefits including a healthy commission structure (OTE £24,600), along with a call centre bonus just for doing your job! Your first year will see your bonus at £1,500, £2,000 in your second year and £2,500 each year after.
