Network Operations & Implementation Manager

My client, a Market Leading Telecoms Company, is looking for a Network Operations and Implementation Manager with a solid grounding in this type of role within the telecoms industry. The Network operations Manager role will be responsible for ensuring that Operational readiness is delivered as part of all new programme introductions. Acting as a business lead for all change programmes.

In addition the successful applicant for this role will be responsible for:

- Development and maintenance of operational requirements for new service and functional programmes
- Development of operational performance measures and targets for all new programmes
- Monitoring the Programmes progress
- Ensuring that company business requirements are met and maintained

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate:

- Knowledge of Radio Network and associated architecture/operational performance
- Extensive knowledge of working for a Network operator
- Sound understanding of GSM/UMTS/GPRS system architecture
- Background in a managed service environment
- Background within a Project Manager role
- Strong knowledge of Service Management (End to End) in a Mobile Network Operations environment
- Good understanding of deployment activities
