Description I am looking for an individual to work as part of the World Class Service Team for a company who pride themselves on the high levels of Customer Service and Professionalism at all times.

This is an exciting role that will suit someone with a strong admin background who is highly organised with excellent written and verbal skills. Ideally you will have relevant experience following strict company protocol or auditory function You will be responsible for quality checking work as well as delivering training. There will be some traveling involved to travel on sometimes an ad-hoc basis to Sri-Lanka and India.
