Description Our client "supplies high-value consultancy, engineering, and project management services to the world’s energy, power and process industries". They are currently looking to recruit a SAP / Administration Processor for their Service Processing Unit (SPU) based in Great Yarmouth.

ROLE PURPOSE

Provides administrative support services within the Service Processing Unit (SPU) that manages all AJS service (Sub-Contract) receipt to pay (RtP) requirements. To ensure that where appropriate provided services as supplied AJS/Shell service providers are paid in a timely, compliant and auditable manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing entry data, basic support in administrative fields such as, Prepayment Process, Service Entry’s, Work Completion Forms and Third Party Access, editing, or general administrative services (producing reports upon request).

• Make sure that each new Service delivery request is correctly registered has been verified.

• Check arithmetical and VAT calculations on invoices (materials, services, overhead cost and expenses).

• Verify vendor’s delivery (timesheet, service delivery), note and/or controlled issue requirements from the Vendor delivery format etc.

• Take care control and advise on the PO price limits to ensure effect cost management and forecasting.

• Review unapproved service entry and query outstanding items with responsible person(s).

• Ensure contract management procedures are followed & implemented.

• Document scanning, filing and archiving where required to ensure clear audit trail is available

• Generate KPI information for the work process involved and spend profiles etc. on service providers

• Reconcile all processed and paid materials and services with amounts received.

ACCOUNTABILITY

• Maintain high level of service in compliance with company operating procedures.

COMPETENCE PROFILE

Education:

General Education Standard with strong Mathematical, English and IT skills.
Excellent command of the English language.

Experience:

2 Years of relevant experience in role of administration, including knowledge and understanding of SAP RTP Process.

Qualifications

Background in Supply Chain Management with Oil & Gas Industry Experience.

Other knowledge / behaviours etc.

• Self motivating

• Team Player but able to work on own initiative

• IT Literate (Microsoft Word & EXCEL)

• High standard of SAP proficiency.
