Description My client a technology company are looking for a facilities administrator to help assist the Facilities Manager and provide high quality, cost effective, customer focused and timely facilities services across three sites

The role will include but not limited to:
· Administration of building and access security systems
· Day 2 day management of utilities supply contract issues
· Delivery of initial safety induction
· Maintenance of records of building systems and general facilities filing
· Respond to facilities issues raised by staff
· Space planning
· New starter inductions

You will need to have strong administrative support experience ideally with experience within a premises or facilities environment or technical trainingYou will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, good time management, demonstrable planning, and scheduling and organising skills and be flexible and adaptable.

You need to have good IT literacy within Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Practice experience is essential.
