Description		Potential applicants must have previous reception or administrative experience, have a good telephone manner, and have good IT skills. We currently have 2 part time Receptionist roles vacant within our Administration Team. Applicants will be required to ensure that the office support functions including postal duties, stationery, photocopier maintenance and switchboard are maintained at all times. Essential skills required for the role include a good understanding of the postal charges system and the BT Meridian telecommunications system or equivalent, along with a polite, tactful and calm manner. The ability to deal with situations when under pressure is essential, as are IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
