Description You will be required to:

Ensure that the office is kept neat and tidy and meets with Health and Safety requirements
To prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, reports and minutes
Log all works and relevant job numbers onto the electronic systems
To collate information and maintain office files/records
To handle routine and other delegated matters on behalf of the manager
Collate and circulate weekly movements as appropriate
Collate, monitor and record annual leave and sickness records
Handle help desk incoming and outgoing calls
Any duties as reasonably requested by the operations manager

The ability to work on their own initiative
prioritising and time management
Confidentiality
Verbal and written communication skills
Able to build professional, productive and supportive working relationships
Accuracy and ability to work consistently and to a high standard
Flexible approach
Fully conversant with Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
Quick to pick up new in-house computer systems
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar administrative role
